This blog started way back in 2008 when I was teaching cake decorating classes and needed an easy way to share my upcoming class schedule, recipes, and cake decorating techniques with students.
I no longer teach and instead work full-time as a bakery manager at a grocery store, which is one reason I haven't been blogging or producing new YouTube videos for the past few years. I rarely make cakes or experiment with new recipes these days. Baking and cake decorating professionally 45+ hours a week pretty much makes me want to do other things on my days off from work.
Most of what you'll find here are very old blog posts from back before I made the switch to the self-hosted WordPress platform. When my hosting service expired, I lost all of that content.
As of right now I don't have a real plan or vision for this blog, and I don't know how much time I'll actually find to work on it, so please bear with me.
