I must try this!

In case you haven't noticed, I love the smitten kitchen blog! I find it very inspiring. Not just due to the many delectable dishes she features and the incredible photography, which is impressive enough, but because she manages to accomplish all this in such a tiny amount of kitchen space. In this entry she claims to have found the best birthday cake recipe. It looks so delicious, especially with that chocolate icing. I'm sure I'll soon find an excuse to try it. I just need to play around with a gluten-free version. :)
